THE ROLE OF MANAGEMENT AND LOGISTICS IN THE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF A FUTURE TRAINER-TEACHER

Abstract

Today, in addition to educational and training activities, a trainer-teacher must predict and determine trends in the development of physical culture and sports, have knowledge of service, transportation of sports equipment, organize transfers and accommodation of athletes in hotels or training bases, which are provided by mastering professional competencies while studying the basics of management and logistics. The article is devoted to the study of the features of the use of management and logistics in professional activities by future trainers-teachers. The importance of knowledge of management and logistics in professional coaching activities is emphasized. The theoretical and methodological aspects of training trainers in higher education institutions are analyzed. The scientific approaches to determining the essence of the concept of management are characterized: classical, systemic, behavioral, contingent, cybernetic, process, economic and innovative. The essence of the concept of «management» is generalized. The main areas of the managerial activity of a trainer-teacher are determined, namely: planning and organization of the educational process; coordination of the activities of students (athletes); assessment and control; pedagogical aspect; managerial functions; interaction with parents (for younger students); professional development. The scientific approaches to defining the essence of the concept of logistics are characterized: traditional, systemic, integrated, approach through management, through sustainable development, as a separate service. The essence of the concept of «logistics» is generalized. The main aspects of the importance of logistics in the work of a trainer-teacher are determined, including: organization of the educational and training process; material and technical support; logistics of trips and competitions; communication and coordination; use of modern digital technologies for monitoring and management of sports activities. The important role of management and logistics in the professional activities of a trainer-teacher is emphasized, as they ensure the effective organization of the educational and training process, rational allocation of resources, and the achievement of high sports results.
